Sheila was ordained a Deaconess of the Church on December 29, 2004 by Bishops William Paul Mikler and Wayne Boosahda. She is a founding member of the Abbey of St. John in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Single until age 44 (which she says is probably why she loves Jane Austen so much), she was "kissed by the sovereignty of God" upon receiving a proposal from Boyd while in Tibet in 1998. Sheila's a cattle rancher's daughter, who then became a waitress, a bartender, a runner, a marketer, a high tech pioneer, and has now reinvented herself for the 21st century as a deaconess, a foodie, and co-founder of CenterPoint with Boyd. In her vision for the Church, she is very excited about new dimensions of relationship and opportunity that convergence gives to the body of Christ.
CenterPoint is a Basileian cottage industry of the Abbey of St. John Entrepreneurs founded by Boyd and Sheila Morris in 2014. CenterPoint empowers individuals, families and businesses to use the Private Reserve System for wealth creation, preservation, and growth.
